Event Rentals

Our historic Club House is the perfect setting for your professionally catered special occasion in Winter Park!  We can accommodate 120 seated guests, with adjoining rooms available for buffet and beverage service areas. For a non-seated event, 150 people are permitted in the building.

We require that any food served on the property is done so by a licensed and insured caterer.  When serving food with a caterer on the premises, the rental rate starts at $1100+tax for 4 hours Sunday-Thursday, and $1300+tax for 4 hours Friday and Saturday.  Additional hours can be added to the rental at a rate of $100+tax per hour.

For two hour events (available Monday-Thursday only) involving no food service, such as business meetings, conferences, recitals, exhibits, presentations and discussion groups, etc. the rental rate is $450.00 plus sales tax. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required for such events.
