WC floorplan Events may take place between 9:00 am (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing)- 11:00 pm. No event may be scheduled to conclude later than 11pm and the building must be cleaned and locked by midnight, per local regulations.

Sunday Thru Thursday Rates

Two-Hour Event Rental – $450 plus tax

Up to 65 guests, includes tables and chairs or 85 guests theatre

Offered for events such as luncheons, seminars, recitals, corporate meetings.  A two-hour rental includes use of the kitchen by a licensed and insured caterer; however, full-service catering is not required; other food options are available. One hour of set up and one hour of clean up included.  NO ALCOHOL may be served.

Premium Two-Hour Rental – $700 plus tax

Up to 120 guests, includes tables and chairs or 150 guests theatre

Offered for events such as catered luncheons,
dinners, seminars that require use of full-service caterer and or licensed bartender. Includes three
hours of set-up and one hour of clean-up.

Four Hour Rental – $1400 plus tax

Up to 120 guests, includes tables and chairs or 150 theatre

Offered for events such as parties and weddings. A four-hour rental includes use of the kitchen by a licensed and insured caterer/bartender and up to five hours of set up and limited to two hours of clean up.

Friday and Saturday Rates

Four Hour Rental – $1700 plus tax

Up to 120 guests, includes tables and chairs or 150 theatre

Offered for events such as parties and weddings. A four-hour rental includes use of the kitchen by a licensed and insured caterer/bartender and up to five hours of set up and limited to two hours of clean up.

Additional event hours can be added at a rate of $100 plus tax per hour.

A/V Equipment (including projector, screen and one hand-held microphone) available for rental. Renters may schedule an appointment with technician prior to event to ensure equipment compatibility.

Grand Piano available for rental.
